The farmhouse is located on a panoramic ridge, in a central position with respect to the surrounding land, and is accessible from a comfortable road of about 100 meters that joins the provincial road 102 between Monteporzio and San Giorgio di Pesaro.

The construction of the farmhouse dates back to 1850 and overtime has been extended several times to meet the needs of the sharecroppers and the owners who used it to follow the agricultural land.
